Mr. Amin-Ud-Dowla is a well-known name in the business community of Bangladesh. He is the Managing Director of Mohammadi Group of Companies.

He was born on 20th November, 1974 at Dhaka, the capital city  Bangladesh. He is the eldest son of Late Alhaj Seraj-Ud-Dowla, the founder chairman of Mohammadi Group of Companies. He has completed his post-graduation in Islamic Theology at Azaadville Islamic University, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Mr. Amin-Ud-Dowla has stepped into the business world very early in his life following his father’s footsteps. He has performed in top managerial roles for several subsidiary companies of Mohammadi Group of Companies. He is Managing Director of The Mohammadi Trading Ltd.  registered in UK.

Currently Mr. Amin-Ud-Dowla is the Managing Director of Mohammadi Developers Ltd. He is also the Deputy Managing Director of Mohammadi Stock Market Ltd.

He lives his life under the philosophy of his father and dedicated a large portion of his life in helping people. In this regard, it is mentionable that, He is the Chairman of Mohammadi Arabi Welfare Trust which is a very prominent name among the trusts or organizations working for social welfare and improvement of people’s life.

Mr. Amin-Ud-Dowla is a very pious and religious man and he has performed Hajj and Umrah several times. He has also visited many countries for work and leisure.
